The Global Tickets Card Powered by Events 365 is the premier gift card for worldwide ticket purchases. Choose from over 100,000 Sports, Theater, Concerts, and Festival Events worldwide. Book online only at www.GlobalTicketsCard.com.

Redemption Instructions:

1. Search for your event tickets at GlobalTicketsCard.com. Select your event, quantity of tickets, and desired seats, then click the “Continue to Checkout” button.


2. Enter your contact information at the top of the checkout page. Please ensure you enter the correct email and mobile phone number, as this is how you will receive your event tickets.


3. Apply the 16-digit Gift Card Code and 8-digit Pin value as full or partial payment of the ticket purchase. You may combine up to four gift cards per purchase. If there is a balance remaining following redemption of your gift card(s), it may be paid with a major credit card below.


4. Your tickets will be confirmed by email directly from Global Tickets Card along with instructions related to how and when you will receive your event tickets.

Things to Know:


Global Tickets Card gift cards can only be used and redeemed for ticket purchases made online at www.GlobalTicketsCard.com website.


If the event ticket(s) price is less than the value of the card(s), the remaining balance will be available for a future purchase using the same gift card.


If the purchase price is greater than the value of the card(s), the difference must be paid with a credit card at the time of booking. Up to four (4) cards may be redeemed per purchase.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY A PURCHASE?


All ticket purchases are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the event organizer.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO COMBINE MORE THAN ONE GIFT CARD IN ONE BOOKING?


Yes. You may use up to four (4) Standard Gift Cards per purchase. After entering your first gift card code and PIN, you may add the next one in the same way.

ARE TAXES AND BOOKING FEES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?


Yes, all taxes and fees are included in the Total Price.

HOW DO I KNOW MY BOOKING IS CONFIRMED?

After completing a booking on www.GlobalTicketsCard.com, a confirmation page is immediately provided for printing, and you will also receive a confirmation email to the email address provided. If you are not sure of the booking, please contact us for further assistance at [email protected].

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?


In your confirmation email, there will be an explanation of when you will receive your actual tickets. This varies based on the event and you may not receive your tickets up until the day of the event.

WHICH CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?


We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Worldwide and American Express. We are only able to accept American Express in the US.


WHAT IS A PROMOTIONAL CODE?


A promotional code or gift card identifies you as the owner of the card / promotional code you are redeeming. It is the 16-digit code, and 8-digit PIN code indicated on the Gift Card. Fraudulent use of a credit card or Gift Card will be prosecuted to the maximum extent permitted by law.


WHY DID I NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL AFTER MY PURCHASE?


Please check your spam or junk folder if you haven’t received your confirmation email. All successful bookings include an email confirmation.


If you successfully completed a booking and did not receive a confirmation email, please reach out to us at [email protected] with your promotional code used and email address.


HOW CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?
